Return & Refund Policy
Thank you for doing business with PressOnDemand! We value your opinions and will do everything
within our power to ensure your complete satisfaction! If you are not entirely happy with your
purchase or service, we’re here to help.
Product Returns
You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and
in the original packaging.
Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.
All product returns will be handled through the manufacture directly, should you need contact

Service Refunds
If a service you purchased was not performed at the fault of the service provider, we would like to
encourage you to try a different provider first as we screen each and every independent contractor
for the highest quality of service, reliability, and timeliness. Ultimately, if the service was not
provided to you at all, we will refund the entire purchase price to you within 5 business days. If your
return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment).

Should service be provided to you but not to your satisfaction, you must first try to work this out
with the service provider. We can provide a communications channel for you and arbitrate the
discussions as necessary to ensure all parties are treated with the utmost fairness. Once the
service provider has performed the service purchased, it is their full responsibility to ensure
satisfaction. Under extenuating circumstances, PressOnDemand may take a more involved roll in
the refund process but this will be evaluated on a case by case basis.
Shipping
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping
costs are non-refundable.
If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
