This super simple, three-ingredient summer melon salad still comes together in a flash. And you’ll be amazed at how melons taste even fresher and tastier with a little bit of lemon zest. Three-Ingredient Summer Melon Salad
Makes 2 servings
- 1 cup watermelon balls
- 1 cup cantaloupe balls
- Zest of one lemon
Combine all three ingredients. Toss until well-combined. Serve immediately.
